This is a custom frame that is deep behind the glass. The idea is that the object is set away from the glass. This is Conservation Framing.
Using UV or conservation glass is a good idea for preventing colour fade of the object.
Iron or press your garment if its appropriate, before you bring it in for framing.
Be careful if its signed. Simply don’t do it if you are worried it will affect the signatures.
Don’t wash a jersey if it is signed.
Bring the piece into us rolled up. Do not fold your jersey. Creases in the finished work are not a good look.
